Return Window:

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

Condition of Returned Items

All items must be returned in unused, original condition, with any tags, packaging, or accessories included.

Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Items That DO NOT Qualify for a FULL Refund:

If the return is a customized glove clip. You will be refunded for the cost of the product minus $5 for the customized portion.
